Assembly performances that have been endorsed by the National Arts Council are brought in regularly so that pupils are exposed to the different genres of drama.
The school also brings different groups of pupils out to watch plays staged by theatre companies at least once a year so that they can be exposed to drama as a performing art.
In 2017, some of the Drama Club members went to watch an immersive play- Kids in Wonderland, staged by Andsoforth.
In 2018, our primary 4 pupils watched “Charlotte’s Web”, staged by Act 3 International.
|The pupils also participated in a workshop after the play. Through the workshop, they got to understand the characters in the story better.|
